These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sprout Way mobile app (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Description of the Service
Sprout Way is a development companion that offers parents play-based activities, a development map, and content to support their baby's development. All suggestions in the App are deterministic and explained (no artificial intelligence is used).
Important — not medical advice. Sprout Way is not a medical device; it does not diagnose, recommend treatment, or replace a healthcare professional, doctor, or specialist. Its content is for informational and supportive purposes only. If you have concerns about your child's health or development, please consult a qualified professional.
2. Eligibility
To use the App you must be 18 or older, or the parent/legal guardian of the child concerned. You represent that you have the necessary authority for any child information you enter into the App.
3. Your Account & Responsibility
The App does not require creating an account for basic use. When you use features such as backup or cross-device sync, you are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you enter.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Free use: Everything you need today is free — including today's activities and suggestions, celebrations, unlimited logging and your history archive, plus backup and cross-device sync.
Premium: Unlocks the following additional features: map depth (the details and science behind upcoming steps), lenses (Attachment, Sensory, Play Stage, Leap), Life Questions and Curiosity depth, Insights, a second child profile, themes, and watermark-free sharing.
(a) Auto-renewing subscriptions: Premium is offered as a Monthly or Annual subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the period.
(b) 7-day free trial: The Annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. If not cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription fee is charged. Cancellation must be done in your App Store or Google Play account settings, at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
(c) Prices: Current prices are shown on the purchase screen (in the store) and may change over time.
(d) Payment and refunds: Payments are processed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account; refunds are subject to the policies and rules of the relevant store (Apple/Google).
4-A. Referral Program
Premium members can create single-use invite codes in the app. If the invited person purchases a Premium subscription and their first payment is completed, then following the refund window, both the inviter and the invitee receive 30 days of Premium access as a gift.
Gift time is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Store billing is handled by Apple/Google; gift time may be queued while an active paid subscription period is running and applies seamlessly when that period ends. On Apple accounts, an actual renewal-date extension can be applied at most twice per year; additional gifts are queued.
Limits: at most 12 gift months per user per year. The invitee must enter the code within 60 days of their first purchase. Self-referral and abuse (multiple accounts, device cycling, etc.) may result in cancellation of rewards.
If the invitee's payment is refunded, the related gift months are revoked.
Entering your friend's email when creating an invite is optional; it is used only to match the invite to the right person and is deleted when the invite is deleted.
We may change or end the program with prior notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, and not to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the App without authorization.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, its content, design, and brand (including the "Sprout Way" name and logo) belong to Ömer Faruk Ballı and are protected by applicable law. Personal content you enter (child information, notes, photos) belongs to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App. Decisions about your child's health or development should always rely on a professional's assessment.
8. Termination
We may limit or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may end your use at any time by deleting the App.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will announce material changes in the App or on this page. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes.
